Laser cutter in actionServices & Capabilities

Waterjet Cutting

We have 2 Flow waterjets running at 89,000 PSI with 6 foot x 12 foot beds. Waterjet cutting technology is the fastest growing major machine tool process in the world. Our Flow waterjets cut without heat and leave a clean edge, eliminating the need for secondary finishing. Waterjets are also capable of cutting much thicker material than lasers, allowing us to serve any cutting need you may have.

Laser Cutting

For over a decade now, we have been laser cutting parts for our customers. That experience, combined with the latest in Laser technology allows us to provide high quality parts fast and at a competitive price. We specialize in prototype and short run production, but also have the capacity to run large Laser production. We are also proud to be Laser cutting some of the armor plating that protects our troops overseas.

The following is a sampling of materials we have experience Laser cutting:

  • 12560 up to 1" thick
  • A-46100 up to 1" thick

CAD & Drawing Support

Sparks flying from some welding jobWhether you sketched a new part on a napkin or you need paper drawings converted to CAD formats, we can help. Some of our customers already depend on us to keep their drawings organized and backed up. We have extensive experience interpreting Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), as well as a solid understanding of product development.

While our staff does not offer design engineering, we do cover all of your other needs, even design recommendations for your engineering staff. Many designs can have reduced costs by following tolerance change recommendations that will still meet your design intent and functionality. Let us review your tolerancing scheme for form, fit and function and see how we might help reduce your costs.
